- • This customer-facing role places you at the forefront of our engagement with prospective clients, serving as their primary technical point of contact throughout the entire sales cycle.
- • You will be responsible for deeply understanding customer challenges and translating their unique needs into robust, tailored solutions architected using Lakera's cutting-edge platform.
- • Your expertise will empower enterprises to effectively secure their AI stacks, mitigate risks, and unlock the full potential of advanced AI use cases.
- • You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering, ensuring seamless integration and maximum value delivery from Lakera's offerings.

- • This includes supporting product configuration and implementing minor technical adjustments necessary for successful prospect and customer implementations.
- • You will act as a crucial conduit for market feedback, channeling insights from prospects and customers directly to our Product and Engineering teams.
- • This feedback loop is vital for shaping the product roadmap, ensuring that Lakera's platform continuously evolves to meet the dynamic demands of real-world AI security challenges.
- • You will play a foundational role in establishing and scaling our Solutions Engineering function by developing playbooks, defining repeatable best practices, and contributing to a robust knowledge base.
- • This involves identifying opportunities to standardize processes and create efficiencies that support our rapid growth.
- • You will be expected to stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, AI security, and cloud technologies, bringing this knowledge to bear in your customer interactions and solution designs.

🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or a closely related technical pre-sales role.
- • Proven track record of successfully managing relationships with large, complex organizations, ideally with experience involving deeply technical enterprise products.
- • Proficiency in coding, particularly within the Python and Javascript ecosystems.
- • Demonstrated experience enabling large-scale implementations within at least one of the major hyperscalers (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- • Understanding of and experience navigating security, compliance, and IT processes and requirements inherent in implementing B2B products within large enterprise environments.
- • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated comfort in presenting to diverse audiences, from one-on-one meetings to large conference venues.
- • An organized, self-starter mentality with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a knack for finding creative solutions to achieve project goals.
- • A genuine passion for the positive potential of AI and a strong commitment to ensuring its secure and ethical implementation.
