📋 Description

• As a Solutions Implementation Engineer at Lavendo Inc., you will play a critical role in deploying and scaling AI-powered voice solutions for small businesses, directly impacting how customers capture missed revenue opportunities through automated appointment booking and 24/7 customer service. Your work will bridge deep technical execution with strategic stakeholder engagement, ensuring seamless integration of the platform into real-world business operations across industries like restaurants, dental practices, and HVAC services.
• You will support the Enterprise Integrations team by managing end-to-end integration lifecycles—from gathering requirements and estimating effort to designing, implementing, and stabilizing scalable solutions using Python, REST, gRPC, Apache Kafka, Redis, and SQL. This includes conducting code reviews, maintaining high code quality, monitoring production systems via Grafana, and proactively resolving blockers to ensure on-time delivery and technical excellence.
• You will collaborate closely with the CTO and senior engineering team to define integration architecture, delivery standards, and best practices in a fast-moving AI startup environment, where your contributions directly influence how large accounts and partners adopt and scale AI employees across multiple channels.

• In this role, you will develop deep expertise in enterprise AI integration, event-driven architectures, and cross-functional delivery—gaining ownership over high-impact technical decisions while sharpening your stakeholder management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills in a high-autonomy, results-driven culture.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on backend development experience
• Strong technical toolkit including Python (FastAPI), REST, gRPC, SQL, Apache Kafka, Redis, and Postman
• Experience designing and implementing robust, scalable integration solutions with external partners and service providers
• Background as a backend engineer with solid understanding of event-driven and asynchronous architectures
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum processes and tools such as YouTrack and Grafana
• Proven stakeholder management and scope-control skills
• Strong communication, prioritization, and time-management abilities, consistently delivering results under tight deadlines
• English language B2+ (writing and speaking)
• Fluency in Russian B2+
