📋 Description

• As a Solutions Integration Engineer at Lavendo Inc., you will play a pivotal role in deploying and scaling AI-powered voice solutions for small businesses, directly impacting how customers capture revenue and automate customer interactions through enterprise-grade technology that requires no coding or complex setup.
• You will lead end-to-end integration delivery—from scoping and design to development, testing, and deployment—ensuring all solutions meet business requirements and production-ready standards while working closely with the CTO and senior engineering team to define integration architecture and technical standards in a fast-growing AI startup.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities will include architecting and documenting integration solutions using Python, REST, gRPC, Kafka, Redis, and SQL, supported by UML, DFD, ERD, and BRD documentation; overseeing daily project operations by planning sprints, tracking progress, resolving blockers, and maintaining delivery momentum; and engaging stakeholders to align goals, manage scope, and prevent deviations from agreed priorities.
• You will drive Agile/Scrum practices, facilitate ceremonies, maintain backlogs in YouTrack, provide transparent reporting, and ensure system reliability post-deployment through proactive monitoring with Grafana and other observability tools, while conducting thorough code reviews to uphold a clean, consistent, high-quality code base.
• The company is transforming how small businesses handle customer calls through an AI-powered voice system that works out of the box, answering calls 24/7, booking appointments, and handling customer requests automatically—already serving over 1,000 customers across restaurants, dental practices, HVAC companies, cleaning services, and call centers.
• You will join a mission-driven team founded by experienced entrepreneurs with deep expertise in AI and business operations, committed to making enterprise-grade AI accessible to every small business owner so they can capture every customer, reduce manual work, and unlock significant new revenue without complexity or friction.
• In this role, you will have the opportunity to grow your technical leadership and stakeholder management skills by owning delivery outcomes, shaping integration strategies for large accounts and partners, and contributing to a category-defining product in a massive, underserved market where your work directly ties to customer revenue and performance outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on backend development experience
• 2+ years in project management or account-facing roles where you owned delivery
• Strong technical toolkit including Python, REST, gRPC, UML, BRD, DFD, ERD, Postman, GAP analysis, CJM, SQL, Apache Kafka, and Redis
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum processes and tools like YouTrack and Grafana
• Proven stakeholder management and scope-control skills
• English language B2+ (both writing and speaking) and fluency in Russian language

• Base Compensation: $5,500-$7,500 USD per month (negotiable based on experience)
