  • • Ensono is seeking a dynamic and strategic Solutions Marketing Director to spearhead the positioning and go-to-market (GTM) strategy for our comprehensive technology services portfolio. This pivotal role will shape how Ensono communicates the value of its offerings, including mainframe modernization, hybrid cloud solutions, cutting-edge AI and data services, expert consulting, and robust managed services, to the market. You will be instrumental in defining and executing a unified marketing vision that resonates with clients and drives revenue growth.
  • • As the Solutions Marketing Director, you will be the architect of our solution-level messaging and GTM frameworks. This involves establishing clear, consistent, and compelling standards for value propositions, narrative structures, and overall positioning across all Ensono services. Your work will ensure that Ensono's capabilities are understood with clarity, presented with consistency, and perceived with credibility by our target audiences.
  • • A core responsibility will be to lead the strategic development and execution of solution-level go-to-market plans. This includes identifying market priorities, sequencing initiatives effectively, and defining the optimal market focus for each solution. You will collaborate closely with sales leadership to ensure our sales teams are equipped with the right positioning, enablement strategies, and GTM insights to drive success.
  • • You will oversee the creation of essential sales enablement assets, such as solution playbooks, compelling sales narratives, and other collateral. The emphasis will be on maintaining high quality and unwavering consistency in all materials, ensuring they accurately reflect Ensono's value proposition and technical expertise.
  • • This role requires a strong leadership presence, guiding and mentoring Solutions Marketing Managers and other contributors, whether they report directly or work within a matrixed structure. You will foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and drives high performance.
  • • A critical aspect of this position is forging strong partnerships with our delivery and product leadership. By aligning solution positioning with product roadmaps, capability maturity, and, most importantly, client outcomes, you will ensure our market-facing messages are grounded in reality and deliver tangible value.
  • • You will also lead the charge in collaborating with our alliances and technology partners. This involves developing joint solution strategies and crafting unified positioning that leverages the strengths of our partnerships to create a more powerful market offering.
  • • Working closely with our analyst relations team is paramount. You will guide them on solution narratives, facilitate briefings, support evaluations, and ensure our market positioning is accurately represented and understood by key industry analysts.
  • • Your insights into our solutions will directly influence our thought leadership initiatives, public relations efforts, and executive communications. You will provide the critical solution-level insights and proof points needed to shape Ensono's external voice and enhance our market reputation.
  • • Continuous evaluation of solution marketing efforts is essential. You will analyze performance metrics, gather market feedback, and leverage sales insights to refine strategies and ensure ongoing effectiveness and alignment with business objectives.
  • • Ultimately, you will act as a senior cross-functional connector, adept at aligning diverse leadership priorities with practical execution. Your ability to bridge gaps between different departments and ensure cohesive strategy implementation will be key to your success and the success of Ensono's solution marketing initiatives.
  • • This role is ideal for a seasoned marketing leader who thrives in a complex, technology-driven environment and possesses a deep understanding of how to translate intricate technical capabilities into compelling business value propositions that drive demand and revenue.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • • 7–10+ years of progressive experience in solutions marketing, product marketing, or go-to-market leadership roles within the technology services sector.
  • • Demonstrated success in defining and executing comprehensive solution or portfolio-level go-to-market strategies that have driven measurable business results.
  • • Proven experience in technology services, managed services, cloud computing, IT infrastructure, or enterprise IT environments.
  • • Strong executive presence and a proven ability to influence and build consensus among senior stakeholders across various departments.
  • • Exceptional ability to translate complex technical offerings and portfolios into clear, concise, and compelling market-facing narratives and value propositions.
  • • Experience partnering strategically with sales leadership and engaging effectively with industry analyst firms.
  • • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, prioritization, and decision-making skills, with a data-driven approach to strategy development and execution.
  • • Experience leading or mentoring marketing teams, preferably in a matrixed or complex organizational structure.
