📋 Description

• Design realistic, high-quality scenarios in English or Modern Standard Arabic (MSA) grounded in GCC corporate, legal, financial, and technology environments, including financial audits, software development workflows, IT operations, legal documentation, project delivery, stakeholder communication, and compliance reviews
• Adapt structured evaluation rubrics to assess analytical reasoning, technical problem-solving, project coordination, and professional decision-making tasks specific to professional services and enterprise operations
• Review AI-generated and human-generated responses for factual accuracy, adherence to professional standards, technical quality, and operational realism within GCC business contexts
• Contribute to the creation of "gold standard" solutions that reflect industry best practices in accounting, auditing, legal operations, project management, technology consulting, and digital transformation
• Ensure all scenarios and evaluations accurately represent the operational realities of consulting firms, legal practices, IT departments, financial institutions, and enterprise technology teams in the GCC region
• Collaborate with global teams to refine benchmarking datasets used to train and evaluate AI systems focused on understanding nuanced professional language and domain-specific workflows
• Maintain strict alignment with regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements relevant to GCC-based professional services, including but not limited to financial reporting, legal documentation standards, and IT governance policies
• Deliver content that reflects authentic workplace communication styles, terminologies, and decision-making processes used by professionals in technical, legal, and managerial roles across the GCC
• Participate in iterative feedback cycles to improve the fidelity and cultural accuracy of AI evaluation benchmarks for Arabic-language professional contexts
• Work independently to meet project milestones with minimal supervision while maintaining consistency and rigor in content quality across multiple domains
• Apply deep domain expertise to identify gaps in AI understanding of specialized Arabic terminology related to corporate governance, financial auditing, contract law, software project management, and enterprise operations
• Ensure all materials produced are culturally appropriate, linguistically precise, and technically valid for use in high-stakes AI benchmarking within professional and scientific service sectors
• Contribute to a global community of language and subject matter experts shaping how AI interprets and responds to complex, context-rich professional communication in Arabic and English

🎯 Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in Modern Standard Arabic (MSA)
• Strong professional proficiency in English
• 5+ years of professional experience in Professional Services, Technology, Legal Services, Accounting, Audit, Consulting, or Project Management
• Background in one or more of the following roles: Accounting & Auditing, IT or Information Systems Management, Legal Practice, Project Management, Software Development, Technology Consulting, Enterprise Operations, or Digital Transformation
• Strong understanding of professional service workflows, regulatory and compliance requirements, technical operations, project delivery methodologies, and GCC business environments
• Ability to create and evaluate realistic, contextually accurate scenarios in Arabic and English for AI benchmarking purposes
