- • As a Solutions (Presales/Sales) Engineer at DevRev Inc., you will be at the forefront of introducing our revolutionary AI teammate, "Computer," to the Benelux market. This pivotal role requires a customer-obsessed technical professional who excels at bridging the gap between our cutting-edge product innovation and the tangible needs of our clients. You will serve as a trusted advisor, instrumental in supporting both direct sales cycles and empowering our partners to fully grasp, evaluate, and successfully adopt DevRev's transformative solutions.
- • Your expertise will be crucial in guiding potential customers through their journey with DevRev. This involves deeply understanding their unique business challenges, identifying pain points, and architecting bespoke solutions that leverage the power of "Computer." You will be responsible for preparing and delivering compelling product demonstrations, leading Proofs of Concept (PoCs), and crafting persuasive proposals that clearly articulate the business value and differentiators of our platform.
- • Collaboration is key in this role. You will work hand-in-hand with the Sales team to understand customer needs and align our offerings accordingly. Furthermore, you will act as a vital liaison with the Product and Engineering teams, translating customer feedback and market insights into actionable improvements and ensuring that our solutions are technically sound and scalable.
- • A significant part of your responsibility will involve building and nurturing strong relationships with clients and partners. You will be their go-to technical expert, providing clear and confident guidance throughout the sales process, from initial discovery calls to the final stages of evaluation. Ensuring a seamless handover to our Customer Success team is paramount to guarantee long-term client satisfaction and successful adoption.
- • You will translate complex business challenges into elegant, DevRev-aligned architectures and scalable solutions. This requires a strong technical foundation and the ability to envision how our platform can drive significant business impact for our customers.
- • Supporting customization, integrations, and configurations will be a core function, requiring close collaboration with Product and Engineering to ensure our solutions meet specific client requirements.
- • In addition to direct sales support, you will play a crucial role in enabling our partner ecosystem. This includes equipping partner Sales Engineers, resellers, and integrators with the knowledge and tools they need to independently drive sales of DevRev solutions. You will achieve this through delivering engaging workshops, bootcamps, and certification programs, and by co-creating joint service offerings.
- • You will also be responsible for training our internal sales teams on the latest product updates, technical capabilities, and competitive positioning, ensuring they are well-equipped to articulate DevRev's value proposition effectively.
- • To support these efforts, you will develop essential technical collateral, including playbooks, demo assets, guides, and case studies, which will be invaluable resources for both internal teams and external partners.
- • Staying abreast of competitor offerings and market trends will be critical. You will monitor the competitive landscape, gather insights, and share this information to influence our product and sales strategies, ensuring DevRev remains at the cutting edge.
- • You will also contribute to the response of RFPs/RFIs, ensuring our proposals are not only technically accurate but also compelling and aligned with customer needs.
- • Finally, you will foster a culture of continuous learning and collaboration by mentoring peers and sharing your expertise, contributing to the overall growth and success of the DevRev presales team.
