• • The Sourcing Recruiter role at SMX is critical to identifying and engaging top-tier technical and mission-focused talent for hard-to-fill positions across Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data & Analytics, ERP, and Intelligence domains, directly supporting national security and digital transformation initiatives.
• • Day to day, the Sourcing Recruiter will execute targeted sourcing strategies using Boolean logic, AI-powered tools, and professional networks; build and maintain talent pipelines; conduct initial candidate screenings; submit qualified candidates with detailed profiles; and collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and leadership to align sourcing efforts with business goals.
• • SMX is a high-performing Talent Acquisition team within a cloud and infrastructure services provider specializing in mission-critical solutions for the DoD, healthcare, and other regulated industries, known for exceeding KPIs and delivering best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experiences.
