• • The People Operations Specialist at Rush Street Interactive supports employee lifecycle processes by managing Workday transactions, maintaining accurate employee data, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, playing a critical role in enabling smooth HR operations across North America and globally.
• • Day to day, the role involves processing hires, transfers, promotions, leaves, and terminations in Workday; maintaining employee records and data integrity; supporting payroll and benefits teams; responding to escalated inquiries; generating compliance reports; maintaining workers’ compensation codes and global employment templates; documenting and improving workflows; and assisting in training junior team members.
