- • CloudPay is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Spanish Payroll & Implementation Specialist to join our dynamic and supportive team. This role is crucial in ensuring the successful delivery of payroll implementations for our Spanish clients, operating within a fast-paced, global environment. You will be instrumental in managing the accurate, end-to-end processing of Spanish payrolls during the critical implementation phase, ensuring seamless integration and compliance.
- • As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with various internal CloudPay departments, including implementation, operations, and client management teams. Your primary focus will be on the operational readiness and execution of payroll processes for new and existing Spanish clients, ensuring all activities adhere to both statutory regulations and CloudPay's stringent internal standards.
- • A significant aspect of your role will involve meticulous reconciliation of pre-processing reports. You will be responsible for verifying the accuracy and completeness of payroll data, identifying any discrepancies, and proactively investigating and resolving them. This ensures that all payroll information and documentation are compliant with current Spanish payroll legislation and best practices.
- • You will maintain comprehensive and accurate payroll records and documentation. This is vital for supporting our internal processes, facilitating smooth operational transitions, and crucially, for meeting the requirements of internal audits and external SSAE 16 audit requirements. Your diligence in record-keeping will be a cornerstone of our compliance framework.
- • Analyzing payroll data is a core responsibility. You will ensure the correct calculation and timely distribution of salaries, deductions, taxes, and statutory contributions. This involves a deep understanding of Spanish labor laws and social security contributions, ensuring that every payroll run is precise and compliant.
- • You will be tasked with preparing essential payroll-related reports, including tax filings and official correspondence, in strict accordance with Spanish legal requirements. This includes managing submissions to relevant authorities like AEAT (Spanish Tax Agency) and SEPE (Public Employment Service).
- • Data input and validation will be a daily activity. You will meticulously input and validate client payroll data, ensuring it aligns with current Spanish labor laws, collective agreements, and company-specific procedures. Accuracy at this stage is paramount for the success of the entire payroll process.
- • A key part of the implementation process involves supporting the setup and configuration of client payrolls. You will ensure that all necessary data is collected accurately and completely from clients, working closely with Transition Consultants to gather all required information for a successful setup.
- • You will collaborate effectively with Transition Consultants to guarantee a smooth and efficient handover from the project delivery phase to the ongoing operational payroll services. This involves clear communication and thorough documentation of the implementation process.
- • Supporting software release testing is also part of the role. You will participate in validating new payroll functionalities and features within our platform, ensuring they perform as expected and meet the needs of our Spanish clients before they are deployed.
- • This role offers a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of payroll innovation, working with a leading global payroll provider. You will gain exposure to diverse client needs and contribute directly to their success by ensuring their payroll operations in Spain are managed flawlessly.
- • You will be a vital link between our clients and CloudPay's operational teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements. Your expertise will help clients navigate the complexities of Spanish payroll, providing them with confidence and peace of mind.
- • The position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving, identifying potential issues before they impact payroll processing and implementing effective solutions.
- • You will contribute to the continuous improvement of our implementation methodologies and operational processes for the Spanish market, sharing your insights and expertise to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- • This role is ideal for someone passionate about payroll, possessing a keen eye for detail, and driven to excel in a supportive and forward-thinking global company.
