📋 Description

• As a Spanish Speaking Medical Editor (MD.) at AMBOSS Technologies Inc., you will play a vital role in shaping high-quality, evidence-based medical education content tailored for Spanish-speaking medical students across Latin America and the U.S., directly contributing to improved clinical knowledge and patient care outcomes for millions of future physicians worldwide.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities will include collaborating with a global team of physicians to plan, develop, write, and review new medical content; reviewing and optimizing existing platform content for accuracy and relevance; partnering with illustrators to design clear, pedagogically effective flowcharts and illustrations; integrating user feedback and the latest clinical guidelines to ensure content remains current; communicating with marketing and product teams to enhance platform usability for Latin American users; and mastering AMBOSS’s intuitive content management system to seamlessly combine text, images, and videos into engaging learning resources—no prior technical expertise required.
• You will join a mission-driven, interdisciplinary team of over 600 passionate professionals in Berlin, Cologne, New York, and Cagliari, united by a shared vision to democratize access to world-class medical education through innovative technology and rigorous editorial standards, fostering a culture of intellectual curiosity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in medical education content development, refine your ability to translate complex clinical concepts into accessible learning materials, gain hands-on experience with AI-enhanced editorial workflows, and contribute to a globally impactful resource used by medical students in over 180 countries—positioning you at the forefront of the future of medical learning and professional development.

🎯 Requirements

• Recognized medical degree (MD or equivalent), preferably obtained within the last 3 years
• Native-equivalent Spanish proficiency (C2 level), ideally with medical training or professional experience in Latin America
• Familiarity with regional Latin American medical examinations such as ENARM
• Advanced English writing and speaking skills (C1 level or higher)
• Proven ability to locate, evaluate, and synthesize clinical literature and medical society guidelines
• Demonstrated didactic aptitude and passion for teaching complex medical concepts clearly
• Full-time or near-full-time availability and legal residence in Germany, Portugal, or Spain
