📋 Description

• As a Special Officer in the CEO Office, you will work directly with the CEO on the company's highest-priority initiatives.
• This is a role for exceptional generalists who can quickly understand complex problems, drive execution across functions, and deliver results under ambiguity.
• No two weeks will look the same. You will help solve the problems that matter most to the company.
• You will partner directly with the CEO to drive strategic initiatives across the business.
• You will lead cross-functional projects from idea to execution.
• You will conduct market, competitive and business research to support decision-making.
• You will break down complex problems into clear, actionable plans.
• You will coordinate execution across product, engineering, operations, finance and other teams.
• You will build operating processes that improve speed and execution quality.
• You will identify operational bottlenecks and implement practical solutions.
• You will prepare business analyses, presentations and executive materials.
• You will support partnerships, investments, fundraising and other strategic opportunities when required.
• You will represent the CEO in meetings and follow through on key action items.
• You will take ownership of critical projects and deliver measurable outcomes.
