- • Own the end-to-end employee onboarding experience from offer acceptance through 90 days, redesigning systems and content to accelerate ramp-up and define success at Tremendous.
- • Build scalable onboarding infrastructure that supports company growth while ensuring consistency and clarity for every new hire.
- • Develop and deliver a comprehensive manager training program covering hiring, performance management, feedback, and career development, including curriculum design and ongoing manager forums.
- • Partner with the executive team to elevate management standards across the organization as it scales, ensuring alignment with company values and operational needs.
- • Own all recurring internal communications, primarily through written updates, to keep the company informed and aligned on key initiatives and decisions.
- • Support executive team presentations by crafting slides and developing the underlying narrative, ensuring clarity, impact, and consistency in messaging.
- • Establish and uphold the standard for high-quality internal communications at Tremendous, defining what constitutes clear, effective, and professional documentation.
- • Take ownership of high-leverage, cross-functional strategic projects that lack a clear owner, responding to evolving priorities from the CEO and executive team.
- • Drive initiatives in areas such as hiring, communications, strategy, and product, with a wide aperture of influence across the organization.
- • Work in a documentation-first, low-meeting culture that prioritizes deep work and autonomy, with minimal overhead and maximum impact.
- • Operate with an AI-first mindset, leveraging AI tools as the primary means to enhance productivity, structure, and output quality.
- • Design and refine documents, decks, and systems with a strong sense of visual and structural clarity, ensuring professional presentation and usability.
- • Take full responsibility for outcomes, delivering results without micromanagement in a high-trust, remote environment.
- • Contribute to building a culture of excellence through structured processes, clear communication, and proactive ownership of ambiguous or undefined work.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4–7 years of experience in consulting, banking, BizOps, Chief of Staff, or a similar high-ownership role at a fast-growing company.

- • Strong design sensibility—know what a great deck or document looks like.
