📋 Description

• • As a Special Projects Lead at Tide Platform Limited, you will act as a strategic execution partner to the SVP of Marketing and Leadership, driving cross-functional priorities, high-impact programs, and leadership initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and performance visibility, ensuring leadership priorities are translated into measurable outcomes across the organization.
• • You will own and drive leadership-level strategic initiatives across functions (Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, Growth, Ops, etc.), act as a strategic partner to leadership by driving visibility on business performance across teams, and own end-to-end reporting, dashboards, and KPI tracking frameworks across revenue and growth channels. You will translate strategic goals into clear roadmaps, milestones, and success metrics, drive weekly/monthly business reviews (WBR/QBR) with clear insights, risks, and actionables, and track execution rigorously to flag risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks early.
