- • Support the day-to-day administration of global benefits programs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely resolution of employee inquiries
- • Collaborate with internal partners including Payroll, HR Operations, and Finance to execute benefits initiatives and operational improvements
- • Manage benefits-related inquiries with clear ownership, guiding issues to full resolution while maintaining high service standards
- • Design, document, and maintain scalable benefits processes and workflows to support growing global operations
- • Identify opportunities to streamline manual tasks, reduce errors, and improve efficiency in benefits administration
- • Ensure consistent adherence to operational standards and service level expectations across all benefits processes
- • Contribute to operational planning and continuous improvement initiatives for benefits systems and procedures
- • Support the implementation of new benefits programs, system enhancements, and policy updates across international markets
- • Work with data and metrics to monitor performance, track accuracy, and identify trends in benefits administration
- • Maintain clear communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams to align benefits operations with payroll, HR, and finance workflows

- • Utilize operational tools such as Excel and Google Sheets to manage data, track metrics, and report on benefits program performance
- • Participate in cross-regional initiatives to standardize and scale benefits operations across diverse legal and cultural environments
- • Contribute to the development of training materials and knowledge resources for internal teams managing benefits administration
- • Ensure all benefits-related documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to relevant stakeholders
- • Maintain confidentiality and data security in handling sensitive employee benefits information
- • Adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced, global environment while maintaining precision and attention to detail
🎯 Requirements
- • 2–4 years of experience in benefits operations, HR operations, or benefits administration
- • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- • Proficient with operational tools such as Excel and Google Sheets
- • Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- • Strong attention to detail and passion for operational excellence
