- • Provide dedicated support to local channel partners and their advertising partners by serving as a brand ambassador and ensuring alignment with program guidelines and brand standards
- • Review marketing materials against established brand guidelines, document findings in a centralized database, and communicate review outcomes directly to advertisers
- • Engage with clients and customers primarily via phone, chat, and email to understand their marketing objectives and provide tailored guidance
- • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client profiles and communication records, ensuring proactive reporting on support actions and customer interactions
- • Coach advertising partners on creating compliant, brand-enhancing content and submitting required documentation that adheres to program rules
- • Collaborate with internal teams to align on client needs, share insights, and improve service delivery processes
- • Participate in regular brainstorming and idea-sharing sessions to contribute to program improvements and customer experience enhancements
- • Provide ongoing feedback to both internal stakeholders and external clients, including status updates, recommendations, and risk identification
- • Conduct website functionality checks to ensure digital platforms operate correctly and deliver a seamless user experience
- • Perform quality control checks to verify accuracy, compliance, and consistency of submitted materials with program requirements
- • Act as the primary voice of the customer by translating client feedback into actionable insights for internal teams
- • Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining high standards of service, attention to detail, and deadline adherence
- • Demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks across diverse client needs and program demands
- • Work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision while maintaining accountability and performance standards
- • Continuously learn program updates, brand guidelines, and industry best practices to ensure expert-level support and advisory capabilities
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree in business, communication, journalism, marketing, or a related field
- • Less than 1 year of marketing or advertising experience (entry-level)
- • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- • Strong verbal and written communication skills
