- • As a Specialist Client Services Project Manager at NICE Actimize, you will be a trusted advisor to customers, leading complex enterprise implementations and post‑implementation engagements to drive service excellence and ensure maximum value from NICE solutions.
- • You will lead end‑to‑end project delivery across the full lifecycle, plan and manage detailed project plans, coordinate multiple concurrent projects, build strong client relationships, prepare status reports, advocate customer requirements internally, ensure alignment with delivery methodologies, proactively manage risks and escalations, ensure compliance with ethics and standards, and travel to customer sites as needed.
