- • As a Specialist, Employee Relations at Remote Referral Board Inc., you will serve as a critical extension of clients’ HR teams, managing employee exits and providing first-level Employee Relations support to ensure legal compliance and exceptional customer experience across 80+ countries.
- • Day to day, you will manage end-to-end offboarding processes across international jurisdictions, lead termination meetings, draft compliance documents, coordinate with legal, payroll, and benefits teams, assess workplace concerns, guide clients through disciplinary processes, and drive process improvements through automation and innovation.
- • You will join the Lifecycle team within a fully remote, globally distributed organization that values innovation, asynchronous work, and cultural diversity, with team members spanning six continents and a mission to enable compliant global employment for businesses of all sizes.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in global HR compliance, develop advanced negotiation and conflict resolution skills, influence product and process improvements, and grow as a trusted HR advisor in a fast-paced, innovative environment that champions ownership and continuous learning.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience as a HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies and exposure across the employee lifecycle.
- • Proven experience managing voluntary and involuntary exits (terminations) with care, sensitivity, and legal compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
- • Ability to interpret and apply industrial instruments, analyze complex HR issues, research solutions, and communicate recommendations effectively in ambiguous environments.
- • Excellent communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills, with confidence to lead difficult conversations to positive outcomes while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
- • Business-level (advanced) proficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages considered a plus.
- • Aptitude to innovate and optimize processes, with appetite for automation and best practices in HR operations.
- • Ability to work autonomously and cohesively in an international, asynchronous, remote team with flexible hours and multiple priorities.
