- • As a Specialist, Employee Relations at Remote Technologies Inc., you will manage employee exits and provide first-level Employee Relations support for Remote’s external employees across 80+ countries, ensuring legal compliance and delivering a superior offboarding experience.
- • Day to day, you will manage end-to-end offboarding processes, lead meetings on terminations and workforce reductions, draft and administer termination documents, liaise with internal and external stakeholders (including payroll, legal, government bodies, and trade unions), assess workplace concerns, coordinate appropriate resources, support clients on disciplinary approaches, monitor ongoing cases, and contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives.
- • You will join the Lifecycle team within Remote’s Employee Relations & Transitions function, a globally distributed, asynchronous team committed to building best-in-class HR solutions, where innovation, autonomy, and ownership are core to the culture and you’ll collaborate across functions like Customer Success, Legal, Payroll, and Benefits.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in global employment law, complex employee relations, and cross-border HR operations, while developing skills in stakeholder management, process optimization, and HR technology, positioning you to influence the future of compliant global work at scale.
