• • Beghou Consulting Group LLC is seeking a dynamic and experienced Specialist, Internal Communications to join our India team in Bengaluru, Karnataka. This pivotal role is designed for a hands-on communications professional who will be instrumental in shaping and executing high-impact internal messaging across our global firm. You will play a crucial part in fostering alignment among leadership and various business units, while simultaneously working to strengthen employee engagement and cultivate a vibrant company culture.
• • In this high-visibility position, you will collaborate closely with global Marketing, HR, and other functional teams to ensure seamless communication flow and strategic message dissemination. You will report locally to a Marketing Manager for day-to-day onsite support, and work in tandem with the Associate Director of Communications (who will be a virtual collaborator) to bring our internal communications strategies, campaigns, and content deliverables to life.
• • This role offers a unique blend of hands-on execution, collaborative teamwork, and creative problem-solving. You will be a key contributor to the evolution and success of our internal communications program, ensuring consistency and clarity in all content campaigns. • • Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of internal communication activities. This includes developing and implementing comprehensive communication plans for key initiatives, such as organizational changes, new policy rollouts, and strategic updates. You will be responsible for crafting compelling narratives and content across various channels, including email newsletters, intranet articles, town hall presentations, and internal social media platforms.
• • A significant aspect of this role involves supporting leadership communications. You will assist in preparing talking points, speeches, and presentations for senior executives, ensuring their messages are clear, consistent, and resonate with employees at all levels. This includes translating complex business strategies into accessible and engaging communications.
• • You will also be tasked with managing and enhancing our internal communication channels. This may involve overseeing the content calendar for our intranet, ensuring timely and relevant updates, and exploring new and innovative ways to reach and engage our diverse global workforce. Measuring the effectiveness of these channels and campaigns will be a key performance indicator.
