📋 Description

• Specialist, Personal Lending role at BMO focused on understanding customer needs and providing credit and lending-related sales and service to customers or prospects.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include advising customers on borrowing strategies, managing transactional outcomes, escalating complex situations, performing documentation, maintaining product knowledge, researching lending applications, handling customer contacts professionally, integrating marketing promotions, maintaining confidentiality, identifying suspicious activity for money laundering, adhering to regulatory requirements, making credit decisions per bank policy, using authorized credit qualifications, completing complex tasks, analyzing issues, and providing training to junior associates as needed.
