• • Your responsibilities will include defining detailed functional specifications, creating compelling prototypes, and fostering a collaborative environment with engineering teams. A constant focus on product-market fit and delivering an outstanding user experience will be paramount.
• • You will lead the critical process of backlog refinement, meticulously prioritizing work items to ensure the most impactful features are developed first. This involves ensuring cross-functional alignment with key stakeholders, maintaining transparency, and driving efficient product delivery cycles.
• • The role demands end-to-end ownership of product execution, from the initial spark of an idea through to successful market launch. You will be accountable for ensuring timely, high-quality delivery that directly aligns with overarching business priorities and strategic goals.

• • A significant part of your role will involve hands-on experience with AI-driven features. You will contribute meaningfully to initiatives involving Large Language Models (LLMs) or Machine Learning (ML) models, driving the integration of advanced AI capabilities into our platform.
• • You will be expected to navigate complex technical discussions with ease, collaborating effectively with engineering stakeholders to translate intricate requirements into tangible product enhancements.
• • Your ability to work closely with the broader Product Management team will be crucial. You will co-own the product roadmap, refine scope, and provide essential clarity and direction to development teams, ensuring alignment and efficient progress.
• • You will be responsible for authoring comprehensive documentation, including Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), capability definitions, epics, and user stories. These documents will cover a wide array of aspects, including data requirements, business logic, user interface (UI) design, data storage strategies, and archival workflows.
• • Familiarity with the AWS ecosystem and its core services will be beneficial in understanding and contributing to our cloud-based infrastructure.
• • You will champion agile development practices and demonstrate proficiency with essential backlog management tools such as Aha!, Jira, and Confluence, ensuring streamlined project workflows.
