- • Specialist, Regulatory & Site Activation role focused on supporting regulatory submissions and site activation processes for clinical trials in Australia and Singapore, ensuring compliance with ICH GCP and local regulatory requirements.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include liaising with SAR colleagues to plan, organize, compile, track, and submit regulatory documents; acting as a contact point for translation review of submission materials; maintaining country-specific patient information sheets, consent forms, drug labeling, and Country Intelligence Pages; and reviewing documentation such as labels and diary cards for compliance.
- • Worldwide Clinical Trials is a global midsize CRO with over 3,500 experts dedicated to improving lives through innovative, high-quality clinical research, fostering a diverse, inclusive, and collaborative environment where employees are empowered to thrive.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in international regulatory affairs, gain hands-on experience with submissions to Competent Authorities and Ethics Committees, develop cross-cultural communication skills, and contribute directly to bringing life-saving therapies to patients worldwide.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum four-year college degree with a major in medical, biological, physical, health, pharmacy, or related sciences
- • Minimum three years of experience in clinical research, preferably in site activation and/or regulatory-related functions
- • Thorough knowledge of ICH GCP, EU Clinical Trials Directive, and other relevant clinical research guidance
