📋 Description

• • The Specialist, Site Contracts role is essential to Worldwide Clinical Trials’ mission of improving lives through innovative clinical research, ensuring that site agreements are legally sound, compliant, and executed efficiently to support global trial delivery.
• • Day to day, the specialist will prepare country contract templates, draft and send site agreements for negotiation, negotiate contract language and budgets with sites, review study budgets and costs, perform quality checks on documents before signature, liaise with legal, data privacy, study teams, sponsors, and investigators, send fully executed agreements to relevant stakeholders, manage amendments and termination letters, and maintain real-time tracking tools for contract status.
