• As a Specialist Software Architect, you will be instrumental in providing crucial technical leadership across development teams within a specific functional area. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the successful implementation of key deliverables, architecting solutions with an unwavering focus on high availability, durability, serviceability, and supportability for every release. You will also serve as a key evangelist for the organization's technical vision and best practices.
• You will collaborate closely with the product management team to meticulously define new architectural requirements, translating business needs into robust technical blueprints. A significant aspect of your role involves fostering strong, synergistic collaboration between various development teams, Product Management, and Quality Assurance to ensure seamless integration and alignment throughout the product lifecycle.
• You will be the driving force behind setting the end-to-end technical direction for your team. This encompasses defining the strategic choices for platform, technology stack, development tools, and underlying infrastructure, ensuring they align with long-term scalability and maintainability goals.
• Effective and professional communication of complex architectural concepts to diverse audiences, including technical teams, stakeholders, and leadership, will be paramount. You will articulate the 'why' behind architectural decisions and ensure a shared understanding of the technical roadmap.
• This role demands a proactive approach to driving critical technical decisions, tackling complex and challenging problems, and coordinating the execution of multiple projects. A hands-on approach will be required where necessary to unblock teams, validate solutions, or contribute directly to critical code segments.
• You will champion and enforce stringent coding quality standards and robust review processes. This is essential to guarantee the security, reliability, and high availability of our software solutions, ensuring they meet and exceed industry benchmarks.
• Continuous monitoring of code quality through rigorous reviews and other established processes will be a key responsibility, ensuring that all delivered code adheres to the highest standards of excellence and maintainability.

• You will ensure that architectural decisions consider and optimize for performance, scalability, security, and cost-effectiveness, aligning technical solutions with business objectives.
• You will mentor and guide development teams on architectural best practices, design patterns, and technology choices, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
• Your role will involve evaluating and selecting appropriate technologies and tools to support the development and deployment of high-quality software solutions.
• You will play a key role in defining and implementing strategies for disaster recovery, business continuity, and operational resilience for the systems under your purview.
• You will contribute to the technical roadmap and strategy for the organization, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry trends.

🎯 Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a dedicated architecture role.
• Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale systems on AWS.
• Deep understanding of AWS services (e.g., EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, CloudFormation).
• Strong hands-on experience with Golang or .NET in production environments.
• Expertise in microservices architecture, event-driven systems, and API design.
• Solid understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code (IaC).
• Strong focus on performance, scalability, security, and cost optimization.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• BS in Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with developing large enterprise-scale applications in AWS/Azure.
• Strong quality orientation.
• Expertise in designing applications using relational and/or non-relational databases.
• Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes, ECS, etc.).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
