- • Manage and track end-to-end value chain processes for standardized test administrations across Puerto Rico and Latin America, with a primary focus on digital delivery via the Surpass platform.
- • Develop, maintain, and execute the annual calendar of test administration activities, ensuring timely and accurate scheduling across all test sites.
- • Configure and prepare the Surpass platform for test sessions, including candidate registration workflows, test session setup, and digital material validation.
- • Identify, secure, and validate test locations, equipment, and digital infrastructure (devices, internet connectivity, system readiness) to support both paper-based and digital test administrations.
- • Create, review, and update administrative documentation such as digital testing guidelines, platform instructions, and procedural manuals for test coordinators and staff.
- • Communicate with internal teams and external partners (schools, test centers, coordinators) to ensure strict compliance with College Board test administration policies and digital protocols.
- • Coordinate directly with test-takers, proctors, and center staff to enforce adherence to standardized procedures for in-person and remote test delivery.
- • Monitor task completion against the administration calendar, ensuring all operational milestones are met with precision and consistency.
- • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records and data for all test administrations, including registrations, accommodations, and outcomes.
- • Process invoices and manage budget-related documentation tied to test administration logistics and vendor payments.
- • Coordinate approved student accommodations with test centers, ensuring compliance with accessibility requirements for digital and paper formats.
- • Conduct test administration simulations or dry runs as needed and analyze results to improve future delivery.
- • Respond to inquiries from candidates, students, counselors, school administrators, and test center representatives via phone and email, providing clear and timely support.
- • Collaborate with hierarchical levels across the organization to disseminate information, resolve operational concerns, and escalate issues to supervisors when necessary.
- • Support College Board program teams and stakeholders by providing data, reports, and administrative updates to inform broader testing initiatives.
- • Perform any additional duties assigned to ensure seamless execution of test operations, including weekend work as required.
- • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer systems to manage documentation, communication, and data tracking efficiently.
- • Advocate for high-quality customer experiences by ensuring fairness, security, and reliability in all test delivery methods.
- • Actively participate in the adoption and improvement of emerging digital tools and AI-driven solutions to modernize test administration processes.
- • Maintain a learner’s mindset, embracing feedback, iterative improvement, and innovation in response to user input and operational challenges.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field preferred
- • Three to four years of experience performing administrative duties
- • Proficiency in English and Spanish
- • Experience with digital platforms or test delivery systems (e.g., Surpass or similar)
- • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and operational details under pressure
- • Competence in Microsoft Office and computer systems
