📋 Description
- • The Specialized Coder role at Ensemble Health Partners LLC is a critical position focused on ensuring accurate medical coding for cardiology, vascular, and cardiothoracic surgery specialties, directly supporting revenue integrity and compliance for healthcare providers nationwide.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include coding claims from medical records and operative reports per guidelines, maintaining productivity and quality metrics, tracking coding trends, assisting with denied claim research, mentoring junior coders, providing provider education, and participating in compliance and coding education activities.

🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 3+ years of physician coding experience
- • Expert knowledge in cardiology, cardiovascular thoracic surgery, or vascular surgery coding specialty with ability to educate team and providers
- • Current certification in at least one of: CPC, CCS, RHIA, or RHIT (CPC preferred with CCVTC and/or CIRCC)
