📋 Description

• The Specialized Services Representative plays a key role in managing Reprise Financial’s Specialized Services portfolio, ensuring accurate and timely handling of loans in areas such as impounds, insurance claims, litigation, and bankruptcy.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include managing relationships with third-party vendors and attorneys, preparing legal documents for internal and external review, processing forms for insured accounts, overseeing affidavit processes, entering filings into systems, and collaborating across departments to meet critical timelines.

• In this role, you will develop expertise in legal and financial processes related to loan servicing, strengthen your negotiation and documentation skills, and gain experience working in a compliant, remote-first environment with opportunities to contribute to meaningful financial outcomes for customers.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-5 years of experience in collections, repossessions, bankruptcy, insurance, or impounds
• Strong knowledge of federal regulations and regulatory compliance
• Experience with drafting and filing legal documents
• Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively as an individual contributor and resolve conflict
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe
