- • Provide remote speech therapy sessions and evaluations for a diverse pediatric population using Expressable’s clinical platform and tools.
- • Diagnose communication disorders and develop individualized care plans focused on measurable outcomes and caregiver engagement.
- • Complete all clinical documentation accurately and on time using AI-assisted tools designed to reduce administrative burden.
- • Participate in required company training, team meetings, and quality assurance protocols to maintain clinical standards.
- • Ensure continuity of care by providing coverage for colleagues during PTO and sick leave as needed.
- • Collaborate with dedicated support teams handling insurance, billing, and authorizations to minimize clinical disruptions.
- • Utilize company-provided hardware — a new MacBook and iPad — to deliver high-quality teletherapy sessions.
- • Engage with caregivers through guided home programs and exercises to reinforce therapy goals outside of sessions.
- • Access a library of ASHA-approved continuing education units (CEUs), home-based therapy resources, and a free subscription to Super Duper materials.
- • Work within a flexible schedule tailored to personal availability, with client demand primarily after 3:30pm weekdays and on weekends.

🎯 Requirements
- • CCC-SLP (ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence) and individual NPI number
- • Licensed in New York State (or willingness to obtain license prior to start date)
- • Minimum 1 year of post-CF experience in pediatric speech-language pathology settings
- • Reliable internet connection and comfort with teletherapy platforms
- • Strong computer literacy and ability to independently learn new digital systems
- • Familiarity with insurance-based or Medicaid pediatric populations
