  • • We are seeking a highly motivated and accomplished Senior Account Executive to spearhead the growth of HTS Fintech revenue across the dynamic Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. This is a pivotal, full-cycle enterprise sales role where you will be entrusted with a multi-million dollar quota, responsible for cultivating and advancing sales pipelines from initial engagement through to the signing of multi-year contracts. Your mission will be to strategically expand HTS Fintech's presence within key sectors such as airlines, financial institutions, hotels, and Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) that are instrumental in shaping travel commerce across APAC.
  • • HTS Fintech is a well-established, category-leading product that has a proven history of delivering significant ancillary profit to partners from the outset. It excels at accelerating attach-rate growth and boasts a robust global partner base. The APAC market presents a substantial, yet largely untapped, opportunity. This role is designed for a proactive 'hunter' who possesses a demonstrable track record of successfully closing large, complex enterprise deals, rather than someone who relies on inbound leads.
  • • The ideal candidate is a self-starter who has consistently performed in the top 10% of their sales organization, achieved President's Club status, and possesses a deep understanding of how to execute a disciplined, high-velocity enterprise sales motion. This includes expertise in whitespace mapping, driving initial contact, and managing the entire sales cycle through to contract execution. You must exhibit exceptional communication skills, a strong executive presence, and the ability to lead productive conversations with stakeholders at various decision-making and influencing levels.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass full quota ownership and proactive pipeline generation. You will be expected to consistently exceed a multi-million dollar Annual Contract Value (ACV) quota, with a strategic focus on airlines, financial institutions, hotels, and OTAs within the APAC region. This involves owning the entire outbound prospecting and pipeline generation process: identifying untapped market potential (whitespace), prioritizing target accounts based on revenue potential and strategic alignment, and initiating first meetings through targeted executive outreach and leveraging partner channels.
  • • You will be responsible for building and maintaining a robust, accurately forecasted pipeline, adhering to rigorous CRM discipline and developing detailed stage-by-stage close plans for each opportunity. In terms of enterprise sales execution, you will manage a disciplined, full-cycle enterprise sales process, from initial discovery and qualification through to commercial negotiation, legal review, and final contract signature.
  • • Collaboration will be key, as you will adhere to established business processes and work closely with Product, Finance, and Legal teams throughout the pre-sales, implementation, and launch phases. You will lead complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles, engaging with counterparts in product, finance, legal, and C-suite positions at target accounts. A critical part of your role will be to construct compelling business cases that quantify the ancillary profit opportunity for partners, leveraging HTS Fintech's pricing data, attach-rate benchmarks, and revenue-share economics.
  • • You will be tasked with negotiating and closing multi-year agreements that feature durable commercial terms, including sophisticated revenue-share structures, commitment clauses, and expansion provisions. In market development, you will map whitespace across various APAC verticals, formulate account-specific sales plans, and prioritize coverage for Tier 1 and Tier 2 targets. You will also serve as a vital conduit for market intelligence, feeding insights back to the Product, Pricing, and Leadership teams to influence product roadmaps, localization efforts, and the identification of new monetization opportunities.
  • • Furthermore, you will represent HTS at key industry events and executive forums throughout the region. In cross-functional execution, you will be comfortable operating within a globally distributed team environment. You will collaborate effectively with Solutions, Product, Legal, and Finance teams from pre-sales through to implementation and launch, ensuring seamless deal closure and partner onboarding. Partnering with RevOps, you will maintain forecast accuracy and pipeline hygiene to the high standards expected by executive leadership.
  • • The HTS Fintech product suite comprises AI-powered embedded travel ancillary solutions, including 'Cancel For Any Reason' (CFAR) and 'Disruption Assistance for Any Reason' (DAFAR). These are delivered seamlessly via API, SDK, and white-label UI widgets. Partners can integrate these solutions with minimal effort, typically within eight weeks, and begin realizing incremental revenue from day one without needing to alter their core booking systems. Partners benefit from earning a share of the fintech profit generated on every transaction. HTS manages dynamic pricing, provides 24/7 customer servicing with a high self-service rate (98%+), supports over 30 languages, and operates as the Merchant of Record in 35 currencies. This product has a proven success record across global airlines, financial institutions, and OTAs, demonstrating repeat purchase rates exceeding 84% and industry-leading customer satisfaction levels.
