  • • As a Sr. Account Executive for HTS Fintech, you will be at the forefront of driving significant revenue growth for Hopper Technology Solutions (HTS) across the dynamic Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. This is a pivotal, full-cycle enterprise sales role where you will be entrusted with a multi-million dollar quota, tasked with building and nurturing a robust pipeline from initial outreach to the finalization of multi-year contracts. Your mission will be to strategically expand HTS Fintech's presence within key sectors, including airlines, financial institutions, hotels, and Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), which are instrumental in shaping the travel commerce landscape in APAC.
  • • HTS Fintech is not just a product; it's a proven, category-leading solution designed to generate substantial ancillary profit for partners from the outset. It accelerates attach-rate growth and boasts a global partner base that attests to its efficacy. The APAC market presents a vast, largely untapped opportunity, making this role ideal for a proactive and driven individual. We are seeking a true 'hunter' with a well-documented history of successfully closing large, complex enterprise deals, rather than someone who relies on inbound leads.
  • • The ideal candidate is a self-starter who consistently ranks among the top performers in their sales organization, has achieved President's Club recognition, and possesses a deep understanding of how to execute a disciplined, high-velocity enterprise sales motion. This includes everything from initial whitespace mapping and target prioritization to contract execution. You must demonstrate exceptional communication skills, a commanding executive presence, and the ability to effectively lead conversations and influence decision-makers at all levels within target organizations.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities will revolve around owning and exceeding a multi-million dollar Annual Contract Value (ACV) quota, with a strategic focus on airlines, financial institutions, hotels, and OTAs within the APAC region. You will be responsible for end-to-end outbound prospecting and pipeline generation, identifying untapped market potential, prioritizing targets based on revenue potential and strategic alignment, and initiating first contact through targeted executive outreach and leveraging partner channels.
  • • Maintaining a healthy and accurately forecasted pipeline will be paramount, requiring rigorous CRM discipline and the development of detailed stage-by-stage close plans for each opportunity. You will execute a disciplined, full-cycle enterprise sales process, guiding prospects from initial discovery and qualification through commercial negotiation, legal review, and final contract signature.
  • • Collaboration will be key, as you will work closely with Product, Finance, and Legal teams throughout the pre-sales, implementation, and launch phases. You will lead complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles, engaging with counterparts across product, finance, legal, and C-suite executives at target accounts. A critical part of your role will be to build compelling business cases that quantify the ancillary profit opportunity for partners, leveraging HTS Fintech's extensive pricing data, attach-rate benchmarks, and revenue-share economics.
  • • You will be responsible for negotiating and closing multi-year agreements with robust commercial terms, including carefully structured revenue-share models, exposure commitments, and expansion provisions. Furthermore, you will actively map whitespace across various APAC verticals, develop strategic account-level sales plans, and prioritize coverage for Tier 1 and Tier 2 targets.
  • • Your insights will be invaluable in feeding market intelligence back to the Product, Pricing, and Leadership teams, influencing product roadmap development, localization priorities, and the identification of new monetization opportunities. You will also represent HTS at key industry events and executive forums throughout the region.
  • • Working within a globally distributed team, you will collaborate seamlessly with Solutions, Product, Legal, and Finance departments to ensure successful deal closures and smooth partner onboarding. Partnering with RevOps, you will maintain forecast accuracy and pipeline hygiene to the high standards expected by executive leadership.
  • • The HTS Fintech product suite comprises AI-powered embedded travel ancillary solutions, including Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) and Disruption Assistance for Any Reason (DAFAR), delivered through flexible APIs, SDKs, and white-label UI widgets. Partners can integrate these solutions with minimal effort, typically within eight weeks, and begin realizing incremental revenue immediately, without needing to alter their core booking systems. Partners benefit from earning a share of fintech profit on every transaction, while HTS manages dynamic pricing, provides 24/7 customer servicing with a high self-service rate, supports over 30 languages, and operates as the Merchant of Record in 35 currencies. This product has a proven track record across global airlines, financial institutions, and OTAs, with repeat purchase rates exceeding 84% and industry-leading customer satisfaction scores.
