- • Serve as a trusted advisor and technology sales professional with deep expertise in the dental market and personas within dental practices.
- • Expertly understand, teach, tailor, and manage full sales cycles for Henry Schein ONE’s portfolio of software, hardware, and imaging solutions used in dental practices.
- • Identify gaps in dental practice technology and workflows, then deploy consultative sales approaches to drive incremental revenue.
- • Create detailed business plans to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- • Deliver value-based discoveries and product demonstrations to prospects and existing clients to advance sales opportunities.
- • Connect dental practice needs with Henry Schein ONE solutions using industry insights, commercial teaching, and sales methodologies.
- • Unearth new sales opportunities through outbound communication, strategic partnership positioning, and active networking with assigned clients.
- • Maintain a minimum of two new sales opportunities per day through deliberate outbound activities (not applicable in all segments).
- • Update and manage all leads and opportunities in CRM systems, including accurate tracking of sales stages and next steps.
- • Negotiate complex customer sales agreements and maintain comprehensive records of sales data within Henry Schein ONE CRM and designated sales tools.
- • Forecast monthly and quarterly sales performance accurately for leadership review.
- • Build and maintain strong working relationships with Henry Schein Dental sales representatives to drive incremental software sales.
- • Facilitate resolution of customer complaints and issues to ensure satisfaction and protect company reputation.
- • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and Worldwide Business Standards in execution of job duties.
- • Demonstrate sharp business acumen and ability to conduct executive-level conversations with dental practice owners and decision-makers.
- • Utilize consultative selling, change management, and relationship management skills to navigate multifaceted buying cycles.
- • Maintain outstanding proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Salesforce is preferred.
- • Exhibit excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to build trust and credibility with clients.
- • Apply negotiation and value-based selling techniques consistently across all customer interactions.
- • Demonstrate strong organizational and time-management skills to balance multiple active sales cycles and administrative responsibilities.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5 to 8 years of proven experience as a Software Account Executive selling to new clients or in a professional technology software sales role with equivalent dental market expertise
- • High School Diploma or GED required
- • Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles
- • Excellent consultative skills for complex software sales and change management
- • High abilities in relationship management and strategic partnerships
- • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
