- • As a Senior Account Executive II at Henry Schein ONE, you will serve as a trusted advisor and technology sales professional specializing in the dental market, driving substantial incremental revenue through consultative sales of the company’s software portfolio and related technology solutions.
- • Day to day, you will expertly manage multifaceted sales cycles, create detailed business plans to meet monthly and quarterly targets, conduct value-based demos and discoveries, identify new sales opportunities through strategic outbound activities, maintain CRM records, forecast sales, and collaborate with Henry Schein Dental representatives to expand business.

- • In this role, you will develop advanced consultative selling expertise, deepen your knowledge of dental practice workflows and technology integration, master complex sales methodologies, and achieve significant career growth while contributing to company revenue goals and customer success.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of proven experience as a Product Sales Specialist, Software Account Executive, or in a technology software sales role, preferably within the dental market
- • Excellent consultative selling skills with expertise in complex software sales, change management, and relationship building
- • Strong proficiency in MS Office; Salesforce knowledge is a plus
- • Outstanding communication, presentation, negotiation, and time-management abilities with sharp business acumen

- • Competitive compensation with a base salary range of $90,000–$95,000 and OTE of $180,000–$185,000
