- • Tealium Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and accomplished Senior Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team, operating remotely within the United Kingdom. As a trusted leader in real-time Customer Data Platforms (CDP), Tealium empowers over 800 global brands to unify their customer data, delivering personalized and privacy-conscious experiences. This role is pivotal in driving Tealium's growth by expanding our market presence and revenue within the European region, specifically focusing on leveraging our cutting-edge CDP technology to enable enterprise AI strategies.
- • In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities. You will be responsible for building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline, aiming for a 4x quota attainment through proactive and strategic engagement with both new prospects and existing customers. Your primary focus will be on generating new business by aggressively prospecting, conducting compelling sales presentations, and strategically navigating complex organizational structures to engage key decision-makers.
- • You will manage your assigned territory with a high volume of activity, including outbound calls, emails, and social selling. A deep understanding of the MarTech, AdTech, and CDP landscape is crucial, as you will need to articulate the significant benefits and unique value propositions of Tealium's solutions. This involves developing strong product knowledge and sales best practices to effectively communicate how Tealium can accelerate AI and machine learning adoption for our clients, leading to smarter personalization, predictive insights, and scalable business outcomes.
- • Building and nurturing strong relationships with customers and prospects is paramount. You will achieve this through impactful web and in-person sales presentations, demonstrating not only product expertise but also a consultative sales approach. Your ability to understand customer needs and align them with Tealium's capabilities will be key to success. You will also play a role in supporting and guiding a sales prospecting team, ensuring alignment and effectiveness in lead generation efforts.
- • A critical aspect of this role is maintaining a strong proficiency in Tealium's product suite, understanding the target buyer personas, and staying abreast of market trends within MarTech and AdTech. You will be expected to identify and articulate strong use cases that resonate with target accounts, showcasing how Tealium's CDP can solve complex data challenges and drive tangible business results.
- • Ensuring 100% customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle is a non-negotiable aspect of this position. This commitment extends to retaining and growing existing accounts by consistently articulating the value of Tealium's products and services, ensuring repeatable revenue streams, and fostering healthy, positive client and partner relationships.
- • The ideal candidate will be based near London to facilitate regular in-office collaboration with the team, balancing remote work flexibility with essential in-person engagement.
