  • • As a Senior Account Executive at Flashpoint, you will be at the forefront of driving net new business growth within the dynamic Southeast territory. This pivotal individual contributor role is designed for a seasoned sales professional passionate about empowering commercial enterprises to navigate and mitigate complex security challenges. You will be instrumental in providing cutting-edge threat intelligence solutions that safeguard critical assets, reduce operational risk, and enhance the resilience of organizations against an ever-evolving landscape of digital and physical threats.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to own the entire sales cycle for net new logo acquisition, from initial opportunity creation through to successful deal closure. This involves a proactive and strategic approach to identifying and engaging prospective clients who can benefit from Flashpoint's unparalleled depth and breadth of threat data and intelligence.
  • • You will be expected to cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients by employing a customer-centric sales methodology. This means deeply understanding their unique security needs, challenges, and strategic objectives, and then tailoring Flashpoint's solutions to address them effectively.
  • • A significant part of your role will involve managing proposals, navigating complex pricing discussions, and executing final contracts for multi-year deals. This requires a sophisticated understanding of enterprise software and services sales, as well as the ability to articulate the significant value and ROI that Flashpoint delivers.
  • • Effective collaboration and communication are paramount. You will need to work seamlessly with both technical and non-technical colleagues across all levels of the organization, including pre-sales, marketing, product, and legal teams, to ensure a cohesive and successful client engagement.
  • • You will be adept at negotiating complex software and services contracts, particularly with procurement teams, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that reflect the strategic importance of Flashpoint's intelligence solutions.
  • • A commitment to data quality and the effective utilization of CRM capabilities and emerging sales tools is essential. You will leverage these resources to manage your pipeline, track progress, and optimize your sales efforts for maximum efficiency and impact.
  • • This role is for a highly motivated individual driven by the prospect of exceeding ambitious sales targets. Resilience in the face of challenges and a persistent drive to achieve success are key attributes.
  • • Within your first 30 days, you will establish a comprehensive list of target prospects within your territory and initiate initial outreach. You will also introduce yourself to existing customers in your assigned region and leverage your professional network to introduce Flashpoint's offerings.
  • • By the 60-day mark, you will have developed and implemented a robust outreach cadence for yourself and any supporting Business Development Representatives (BDRs). Crucially, you will gain a deep understanding of Flashpoint's products and services, enabling you to articulate their value proposition with confidence and clarity.
  • • Within 90 days, you will have successfully completed all product sales training, demonstrating a thorough grasp of our solutions. You will be actively generating pipeline and be on track to meet your monthly sales targets. Furthermore, you will have conducted initial product demonstrations and Proofs of Value (POVs) in collaboration with members of the pre-sales Strategic Advisory team, showcasing the tangible benefits of Flashpoint to potential clients.
