  • As a Sr. Account Executive for School Partnerships in Victoria, you will play a pivotal role in expanding Atomi's reach within the education landscape. Your primary responsibility will be to introduce Atomi's transformative solutions to school leaders, deeply understand their unique challenges and aspirations, and guide them through the entire sales cycle, from initial engagement to establishing enduring partnerships.
  • This role demands a strategic approach, utilizing your keen insight and curiosity to uncover the specific needs of schools, tailor solutions that resonate with their educational goals, and cultivate trusted, long-term relationships with key decision-makers. You will be instrumental in demonstrating how Atomi can significantly enhance teaching and learning outcomes within their institutions.
  • Collaboration is key to our success. You will work closely with our dedicated School Partnerships team to ensure a seamless and positive experience for every school, from their first demonstration of the platform to its full and successful adoption. Your efforts will directly contribute to the smooth onboarding and integration of Atomi into school environments.
  • Victoria presents a vibrant and expanding market with significant untapped potential. You will be entering a territory that has already demonstrated strong growth, supported by a consistent flow of qualified leads and ample opportunities for in-person engagement. This dynamic environment offers a fertile ground for you to apply your sales expertise and achieve substantial success.
  • To thrive in this role, you will be expected to dedicate two to three days per week to visiting schools, with the majority of this travel focused within the Melbourne metropolitan area. This hands-on approach allows for deeper relationship building and a more profound understanding of the on-the-ground educational needs.

  • Your responsibilities will include:
  • Proactively identifying and engaging with prospective K-12 schools and educational institutions within Victoria.
  • Conducting in-depth discovery calls and needs assessments to understand school-specific challenges and objectives.
  • Delivering compelling product demonstrations tailored to the unique requirements of each institution.
  • Developing and presenting customized proposals and solutions that highlight Atomi's value proposition.
  • Negotiating and closing complex sales agreements with school leadership and procurement teams.
  • Building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including principals, curriculum coordinators, and IT directors.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to leverage lead generation efforts and contribute to market intelligence.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Staying abreast of educational trends, competitor activities, and best practices in EdTech sales.
  • Achieving and exceeding ambitious sales targets and key performance indicators.
