- • The Sr. Account Manager at GoodRx owns and grows a portfolio of regional and mid-sized retail pharmacy partnerships, driving profitable claims growth and market share expansion by developing account strategies, deepening executive relationships, and leading cross-functional initiatives that deliver measurable business impact.
- • Day to day, the role involves owning and deepening relationships with pharmacy partners, analyzing KPIs to identify growth levers, leading cross-functional collaboration with pricing, network operations, contracting, and marketing teams, conducting strategic business reviews, managing renewal cycles and contract negotiations, identifying expansion opportunities, synthesizing client feedback to influence internal strategy, and mentoring junior team members.
- • GoodRx is the leading prescription savings platform in the U.S., trusted by over 25 million consumers and 750,000 healthcare professionals annually, providing access to savings at more than 70,000 pharmacies nationwide and helping Americans save nearly $75 billion on prescriptions since 2011.
- • In this role, the individual can develop expertise in healthcare partnership management, drive significant revenue and market share growth, influence product and strategy through client insights, lead high-impact cross-functional initiatives, and grow as a leader through mentoring junior staff and shaping team best practices.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 6+ years with a master’s degree
- • Demonstrated success managing and growing complex accounts, preferably in healthcare, pharmacy, PBM, or marketplace environments
- • Ability to develop and execute data-driven account strategies that drive revenue and profitability
- • Strong ability to interpret performance data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- • Proven ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and influence decision-making
- • Experience working closely with pricing, operations, contracting, and marketing teams to deliver client outcomes
