📋 Description
- • Lead operational strategy and execution for Accredo’s relationship with Centene, ensuring performance, retention, and alignment with enterprise priorities.
- • Develop and execute account strategies focused on growth, persistency, and financial targets across Medicare, Medicaid, Health Insurance Marketplace, and Commercial lines of business.
- • Partner with Account Executives to drive renewals, retention, and expansion opportunities with Centene.
- • Build and maintain trusted client relationships by aligning Accredo’s services with Centene’s business goals and strategic objectives.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with Accredo operations, ESI Account team, product, network, clinical, finance, and implementation teams to deliver coordinated service solutions.
- • Translate operational performance data into clear, actionable client insights and presentations for quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
- • Lead performance guarantee reporting, including analysis, documentation, and client-facing presentations to ensure contract compliance and accountability.
- • Identify and execute upsell and margin growth opportunities within the Centene account to drive revenue expansion.
- • Maintain expert-level knowledge of healthcare benefits, specialty pharmacy services, and clinical outcomes to support client discussions and strategic planning.
- • Represent Accredo professionally in all client meetings, negotiations, and high-stakes engagements with Centene leadership.
- • Ensure consistent service excellence across all operational lines to meet or exceed Centene’s expectations and contractual obligations.
- • Manage complex, multi-faceted account dynamics within a matrixed organization, balancing competing priorities across departments and stakeholders.
- • Monitor and analyze financial outcomes and service metrics to drive continuous improvement and accountability in account performance.
- • Apply strong project management and organizational skills to coordinate cross-departmental initiatives and deliver on time-sensitive account milestones.
