- • The Sr. Account Manager (Utilities) at Motorola Solutions serves as the primary customer-facing resource for large enterprise clients in the utilities sector, driving business growth and strategic relationships to support safer communities through mission-critical communications and security solutions.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing comprehensive sales plans, building relationships with key decision-makers, leading responses to RFQs/RFIs/RFPs, coordinating with internal teams, forecasting sales performance, and traveling up to 75% of the time to engage with clients across the United States.
- • Motorola Solutions is a global leader in public safety and enterprise security, operating as a close-knit community dedicated to protecting people, property, and places through innovative technology solutions that enhance safety in schools, hospitals, businesses, and communities nationwide.
- • In this role, the individual will deepen expertise in LMR/LTE, video security, and enterprise software solutions, refine strategic account planning skills, strengthen executive-level stakeholder engagement, and contribute directly to revenue growth and long-term customer partnerships in a values-driven organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of sales experience OR 8+ years of sales experience
- • Proven success in prospecting and selling to large enterprise customers with a diverse portfolio
- • Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships at all levels of a customer’s organization
