- • As a pivotal member of the Americas ServiceNow.org Solution Consulting team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future success of nonprofit organizations by leveraging ServiceNow’s transformative AI + Data + Workflow Platform to reimagine their work experiences.
- • This role is instrumental in driving revenue for our specialized Technology Solutions, working in close collaboration and partnership with Sales, Product Management, and executive leadership.
- • You will act as a hands-on technical consultant, possessing the ability to both go deep into solution delivery and effectively position our offerings throughout complex sales cycles.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to serve as a technical and domain expert for a client-facing sales team, dedicated to engaging with customers and prospects across the diverse landscape of the nonprofit sector.
- • You will lead comprehensive discovery workshops, meticulously uncovering and understanding the unique challenges and opportunities faced by our nonprofit clients.
- • A key aspect of your role will involve designing and delivering compelling, tailored demonstrations of ServiceNow's AI-powered experiences, ensuring a clear alignment between our cutting-edge solutions and the specific needs of each customer.

🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a technical consulting, solution architecture, or pre-sales role, with a significant portion focused on enterprise software solutions.
- • Deep technical expertise with the ServiceNow platform or comparable enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Workday, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics, including a strong understanding of their architecture, capabilities, and integration patterns.
- • Proven ability to lead discovery sessions, design and deliver compelling product demonstrations, and build sophisticated demo environments that showcase complex functionalities, particularly those involving AI, automation, and workflow.
- • Exceptional executive presence, with a demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical audiences, including C-level executives, and to build strong, trusted advisor relationships.
- • Strong sales acumen and technical leadership, with a track record of driving solution strategy for high-value opportunities and influencing product direction through customer feedback.
- • Experience in territory management, including pipeline building, forecasting, and working collaboratively with sales teams to achieve revenue targets.
- • Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% for client meetings, conferences, and other business-related events.
