📋 Description

• Lead the implementation of complex software systems and services with a focus on scalability, maintainability, and reliability.
• Influence architecture decisions and drive modernization initiatives across the engineering platform.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews, technical coaching, and knowledge sharing.
• Support operational excellence by ensuring production reliability and resolving critical system issues.
• Partner closely with Product, QA, and DevOps teams to align technical delivery with business objectives.
• Apply AI development tools and methodologies to enhance software capabilities and automate processes.
• Design and develop cloud-native applications using modern application frameworks and distributed systems.
• Build and maintain robust backend services using C#, .NET, and .NET Core with high performance and fault tolerance.
• Develop responsive frontend interfaces using React.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript to support seamless user experiences.
• Integrate and manage APIs for internal and external system interactions, ensuring consistency and security.
• Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines to accelerate software delivery while maintaining quality standards.
• Independently lead complex technical initiatives from conception through deployment and post-launch support.
• Contribute to engineering quality by enforcing best practices in testing, documentation, and code structure.
• Drive improvements in software delivery outcomes by enhancing team effectiveness and system observability.
• Collaborate across functions to ensure technical solutions directly influence customer experience and business outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Deep knowledge of C#, .NET, .NET Core and modern application frameworks
• Experience with React.js, TypeScript/JavaScript, SQL, and APIs
• Strong backend and frontend engineering experience
• Experience with cloud-native application development
• Experience with AI development tools and methodologies
