This includes meticulously overseeing the entire lifecycle of employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for every team member from their first day to their last. - • A significant aspect of this role involves the strategic implementation of competency mapping, a crucial process for identifying skill gaps and talent potential within the organization.
