📋 Description

• • As a Senior Associate Scrum Master at Riveron Consulting, you will be instrumental in guiding and facilitating Agile delivery for critical Salesforce projects. Your expertise will be pivotal in ensuring the successful implementation of solutions across Sales, Service, Experience, and Revenue Cloud, driving high-quality, timely outcomes for our diverse clientele.
• • You will serve as the primary facilitator for all Agile ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives. Your role is to ensure these sessions are productive, engaging, and contribute directly to the team's progress and alignment.
• • A core responsibility is to champion and uphold Agile principles and the Scrum framework throughout the Salesforce project lifecycle. This involves coaching teams, reinforcing best practices, and ensuring a consistent and effective approach to development and delivery.
• • You will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Salesforce Developers. This partnership is essential for effectively prioritizing the product backlog, defining clear sprint goals, and ensuring that the team's efforts are aligned with business objectives and client needs.
• • Proactively identify, document, and escalate any risks or issues that may impede project progress. You will be responsible for driving the mitigation of these impediments, working across teams to find timely and effective solutions.
• • Conduct 'Scrum of Scrums' meetings to synchronize efforts across multiple teams or dependencies, ensuring seamless integration and coordinated progress. Your ability to identify and remove blockers will be crucial for maintaining project momentum.
• • Cultivate a team environment that embraces continuous improvement. You will encourage retrospectives that lead to actionable insights and foster a culture where learning and adaptation are prioritized.
• • Monitor and report on key team performance metrics, such as velocity, burndown charts, and cycle time. You will translate this data into clear, concise progress reports for stakeholders, providing transparency and enabling informed decision-making.
• • Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams, including development, testing, operations, and client stakeholders, to ensure smooth Salesforce releases, integrations, and deployments.
• • Ensure that all Salesforce development and delivery processes adhere to established best practices, organizational standards, and compliance requirements.
• • Act as a coach and mentor to team members, providing guidance on Agile practices, Scrum principles, and specific Salesforce delivery processes. Your leadership will empower the team to perform at their best.
• • Leverage your experience in client-facing roles to build strong relationships with stakeholders, manage expectations, and ensure alignment between the project team and client objectives.
• • Utilize your knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) to contribute to larger program initiatives and ensure alignment across multiple Agile teams.
• • Apply your understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Salesforce DevOps tools to optimize the development and deployment workflow, enhancing efficiency and reliability.
• • Employ Agile project management tools such as Jira, Rally, or similar platforms to manage sprints, track progress, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
