- • Install windshields and auto glass in company shop locations, airport rental facilities, or via mobile service units.
- • Calibrate vehicle electronic systems including ADAS, Lane Departure Warning, and Forward Collision Alert using industry-standard tools and procedures.
- • Repair chips, cracks, and other damage to automotive glass while maintaining high-quality standards.
- • Interact directly with customers to ensure satisfaction, explain service details, and confirm completion of work.
- • Process payments from customers using mobile payment systems during on-site service calls.
- • Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times while representing the company.
- • Deliver world-class customer service to both customers and vendors in all interactions.
- • Operate and manage specialized automotive glass installation tools and equipment with precision and safety.
- • Read and interpret technical specifications for glass types, adhesives, and calibration requirements.
- • Perform all duties in compliance with safety protocols and company policies, including adherence to telematics-monitored driving standards.
- • Lift and maneuver materials weighing up to 50 pounds regularly during installations.
- • Work in varied environmental conditions, including extreme heat and cold, while performing physical tasks such as standing, bending, stooping, twisting, and reaching for extended periods.
- • Maintain clean and organized workspaces in both mobile units and shop environments.
- • Participate in ongoing training to stay current with evolving auto glass technologies and calibration standards.
- • Demonstrate strong critical thinking and diligence when diagnosing glass damage and selecting appropriate repair or replacement methods.
- • Adhere to all company values including integrity, professionalism, excellence, and teamwork in daily operations.
- • Utilize company-supplied auto glass-specific tools in markets where provided.
- • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by sharing feedback and best practices with team members and supervisors.
- • Support employee referral program by recommending qualified candidates for open technician positions.
- • Maintain a valid driver’s license and pass required MVR checks for mobile service duties.
