📋 Description

• • Own the end-to-end intelligent automation data practice at Entrust, a global leader in identity-centric security solutions trusted by organizations in 150+ countries. You will architect the data backbone that powers AI-driven automation across B2B, B2C, and digital manufacturing workflows, directly influencing how millions of secure interactions are processed every day.
• • Run advanced data engineering analyses that surface quantifiable productivity opportunities. Mine structured and unstructured data sets to pinpoint friction in self-service portals, e-commerce journeys, and factory-floor systems, then translate findings into prioritized automation backlogs that eliminate manual touchpoints and accelerate revenue.
• • Design and maintain scalable data models, pipelines, and governance frameworks that give automation programs full visibility, traceability, and audit-grade lineage. Your blueprints will ensure every bot, workflow, and AI micro-service is fed with clean, timely, and compliant data.
• • Build dynamic dashboards in Quicksight or Power BI that transform complex behavioral and financial data into intuitive stories for executives, product owners, and operations teams. These visualizations will become the single source of truth for automation ROI, user-experience health, and continuous-improvement roadmaps.
• • Create feedback loops that continuously learn from production data. Deploy anomaly-detection, recommendation, and predictive models that proactively tune automation rules, reroute exceptions, and surface next-best actions before issues reach customers.
• • Author comprehensive data strategies that align with Entrust’s enterprise automation maturity goals. Your plans will cover sourcing, ingestion, integration, quality, privacy, retention, and archival—ensuring every automation initiative can scale globally without compromising security or compliance.
• • Engineer and orchestrate AI/ML workflows using Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, UiPath, n8n, LangChain, or LangGraph. You will chain prompts, fine-tune LLMs, and implement RAG patterns that turn raw data into context-aware decisions inside live business processes.
• • Partner with cybersecurity, product, manufacturing, and customer-success teams to gather nuanced data requirements, validate hypotheses, and co-create automation use-cases that reduce cost-to-serve, increase digital adoption, and strengthen Entrust’s security posture.
• • Provide hands-on training and documentation that upskill analysts, citizen developers, and business stakeholders. Your enablement materials will accelerate self-service analytics and cultivate a data-first culture across the organization.
• • Monitor automation program health through KPI-driven scorecards, executive briefings, and governance councils. You will own the narrative that demonstrates how data-driven automation is transforming Entrust into a more agile, resilient, and customer-centric enterprise.
