- • The Senior BIM Specialist I is a senior production role focused on modeling, documentation, and BIM coordination, bringing deep Revit expertise to ensure accurate, organized, and fully coordinated project deliverables.
- • Day to day, the role involves translating engineering markups and design intent into constructible documentation, anticipating and resolving coordination issues, running clash detection, and driving BIM-related decisions to keep projects moving efficiently.
- • The position is within Teecom Corporation, a firm specializing in technology and communications infrastructure design, where the specialist works closely with engineers and mentors early-career Designers in Revit best practices, modeling standards, and documentation habits.
- • In this role, the individual will develop leadership in production workflows, deepen expertise in BIM coordination and model health management, and contribute to improving firm-wide BIM processes while guiding junior team members toward technical excellence.
