• • The Senior Business Analyst serves as a critical liaison between business stakeholders and IT, analyzing complex functional needs and recommending system solutions or process improvements to enhance business operations at Republic Services.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include creating detailed documentation such as use cases, process flow diagrams, and data mapping; performing data analysis and feasibility research; supporting user acceptance testing; defining project scope; and mentoring junior Business Analysts.
