- • As a Sr Business Analyst Professional at Humana Inc., you will play a critical role in bridging business needs with technical solutions, particularly within the finance reporting domain of Oracle ecosystems. Your work will directly impact the accuracy, timeliness, and strategic value of financial reporting for internal stakeholders, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.
- • You will formulate and define system objectives based on deep user needs and a comprehensive understanding of business systems and industry requirements, translating complex finance reporting challenges into clear, actionable specifications for technical teams.
- • You will devise or modify procedures and processes to address moderately complex to complex issues, carefully evaluating system capabilities, limitations, operating time, and desired outcomes to ensure solutions are both technically feasible and aligned with business goals.
- • You will validate the benefits achieved from implemented solutions, measuring outcomes against initial objectives to assess ROI and influence departmental strategy through evidence-based recommendations.
- • You will exercise considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments, working independently on technically complex project components while collaborating closely with finance stakeholders and technical teams to deliver high-quality reports within Oracle Cloud Fusion (ERP & FDI), Oracle EBS, and related subledgers.
- • You will collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of finance reports, acting as the trusted liaison between business users and developers to clarify requirements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure final outputs meet the precise needs of Finance customers.
- • You will contribute to Humana’s mission of improving consumer experiences by ensuring finance reporting is accurate, timely, and insightful — supporting better resource allocation, compliance, and strategic planning that ultimately enhances care delivery for members.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree
- • 5+ years of technical experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or a related field
- • Working knowledge of ad-hoc query tools and data repositories supporting data extraction and manipulation
- • Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Visio
- • Experience in problem analysis and process improvement methodologies
- • Must be able to work EST zone hours (8am–5pm) from anywhere in the continental USA, with occasional weekend availability for projects or production support
