- • This includes producing both repeatable, standardized reports and ad-hoc analyses to measure and interpret critical business trends for stakeholders.
- • You will actively participate in a variety of assigned operations initiatives, ensuring their success in meeting overarching business goals and objectives.
- • A significant part of the role involves mentoring and guiding junior Business Intelligence Engineers, sharing best practices in creating repeatable and ad-hoc reports, defining business cases, and supporting key business stakeholders.
- • You will be responsible for meticulously collecting report requirements through interviews and research with business stakeholders, drafting, editing, and validating requirement documentation to ensure clarity and accuracy.
- • Your input will be valuable in shaping project plans, defining scopes of work, providing status updates, and contributing to project summary reports.
- • You will also provide strategic input on platforms, tools, and technical staffing strategies to effectively meet evolving customer needs.
- • Communicating the results of your analyses effectively and regularly to business stakeholders is paramount, ensuring alignment and informed decision-making.

- • This is a full-time, 40-hour per week position.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- • Five (5) years of experience monitoring, managing, manipulating, and drawing insights from data in a managed care company.
- • Three (3) years of experience working with claims data to evaluate reimbursement changes, payment discrepancies, medical expense opportunities, quality outcomes, and risk.
- • Strong programming skills with query languages such as SQL and experience with querying tools like Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio.
- • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- • Epic Accreditation for Cogito, Caboodle Data Model, and Clarity Data Model or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire.
