- • The Sr. Business Value Consultant advises organizations on achieving Positive Business Outcomes through the Firstup Platform, combining strategic consulting, communications expertise, and data-driven analysis to strengthen digital employee experience and measure impact against business goals.
- • Day to day, the role involves partnering with customers and internal teams to deliver strategic guidance, identify improvement opportunities, drive platform adoption, and execute initiatives that optimize communication strategies and deliver measurable business outcomes.
- • Firstup is the communication pipeline for the world’s workforce, serving 40 Fortune 100 companies and connecting over 17 million employees daily, with a mission to improve the employee experience at every moment that matters.
- • In this role, the individual can develop deep expertise in employee experience strategy, data-driven consulting, and enterprise SaaS platform adoption, while contributing to meaningful business outcomes for global clients and advancing their career in strategic consulting within a high-growth, mission-driven technology company.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in strategic consulting or business advisory roles
- • Strong analytical skills with comfort working in spreadsheets and data analysis
