  • • As a Sr. Client Director at Thunder, you will be instrumental in driving net-new business and expanding our presence within the Enterprise and Commercial markets, focusing on the transformative power of Salesforce.
  • • Your primary mission is to cultivate and nurture deep, high-trust relationships with Salesforce Account Executives (AEs) and Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs), positioning Thunder as the indispensable partner for their most complex customer challenges.
  • • You will act as a strategic ally within the Salesforce ecosystem, not merely a transactional salesperson, ensuring that Salesforce clients achieve unparalleled success with their Salesforce implementations.
  • • **Ecosystem Relationship Management (The Channel):**
  • • **Build the Alliance:** Proactively identify, map, and engage with Salesforce AEs, RVPs, and Area VPs within your designated territory.
  • • Establish Thunder as a trusted advisor and go-to resource, demonstrating how our expertise guarantees implementation success and drives license revenue for Salesforce.
  • • **Co-Selling:** Spearhead joint account planning sessions with Salesforce counterparts to uncover opportunities, identify white space, and develop aligned strategies for mutual success.
  • • **Education:** Conduct regular educational sessions and provide ongoing enablement for the Salesforce ecosystem, highlighting Thunder's unique differentiators, proven success stories, and specific areas of expertise (our "sweet spots").
  • • **Revenue Generation & Deal Execution:**
  • • **Full Cycle Sales:** Own and manage the entire sales lifecycle, from initial qualification and needs assessment through proposal development, defense, and contract negotiation.
  • • Consistently achieve and exceed your annual services bookings quota, demonstrating a strong track record of revenue generation.
  • • **Solution Selling:** Lead discovery sessions to deeply understand client business objectives, pain points, and strategic goals.
  • • Collaborate closely with our Solution Architects and Delivery Leads to meticulously scope transformative, custom solutions that address client needs and leverage the full potential of the Salesforce platform.
  • • **Vertical Expertise:**
  • • Leverage your specific industry knowledge to engage effectively with C-suite executives in our core target verticals: Consumer Business Services (CBS), Technology, Media, & Telecom (TMT), and Manufacturing (MFG).
  • • Speak the language of these industries, understanding their unique operational challenges, technological requirements, and strategic imperatives.
  • • **Client Engagement & Partnership:**
  • • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering long-term partnerships built on trust, reliability, and exceptional service delivery.
  • • Understand the client's business intimately, ensuring that Thunder's solutions are not just technically sound but also strategically aligned with their overarching business objectives.
  • • Champion the client's success internally, ensuring seamless collaboration between client stakeholders and Thunder's delivery teams.
  • • **Collaboration & Teamwork:**
  • • Embrace a "team sport" mentality, working seamlessly with Pre-Sales Solution Engineers, Solution Architects, and Delivery Leads to craft and deliver winning proposals and successful implementations.
